The service, and its limits.
Home Safe Home is pre-pilot: one market, one hundred households, and no outcome claims we haven’t earned. The service does not prevent falls and is not clinically proven. It notices when an ordinary weekly pattern changes, and a named person telephones.
Plans are monthly with no minimum term. Setup and installation is a one-off charge, carried out in person.
The full terms of service have not been published yet. They will appear here before the pilot accepts its first household.
